1:1 process for individuals:

  • Do you lack inspiration and courage to take the next step? 

  • Perhaps you already have a concrete idea or a "heart project" that you are passionate about - and need help to bring it out into the world?

The purpose of a Wholeness Roadmap workshop is for you to get more in touch with your innermost essence, so that your full potential can unfold freely.

​

During the day you will be guided through an internal and external process.

​

Since the process is individual, I include various tools and methods that bring your entire intelligence into play. The process aims to identify, make conscious and transform the unconscious patterns that have so far held you back from living your dreams. 

​

After the workshop, you will have created your very own unique and tangible Wholeness Roadmap – a concrete plan and vision for your future life, where joy, love and harmony are the cohesive force. Where your daily life is lived with a focus on your values, so that every day you live out your full potential and blueprint - a life in contact with your authentic self.

 


Practical information:

​

The workshop takes approx. 6 hours and is unique for all participants, as we are all different. 

It can be held either online or physically. 

​

As a prelude to the workshop, there is a 30-minute telephone conversation, so that I can get an insight into and get to know you and your current situation, as well as your wishes and dreams for the future. 
After our conversation, I will send you some homework, in the form of a series of existential questions, meditations, etc., which you are asked to prepare and send to me before we meet for the workshop. Thus, we are both as well prepared as possible before our joint work.

Regardless of your background and experience, when the day is over, you will have created and designed your very own personal life compass, which can help you maintain your vision and achieve your goals - a concreteguide in your daily life and work with a focus on the essentials.

Prices:

​

Wholeness Roadmap – VISION, OBJECTIVES and concrete ACTION PLAN for a 3-year period.

Price EUR 1600,- including preparation, 1-day workshop (duration 6 hours) and 1 telephone follow-up session (duration 1 hour) no later than 30 days from the end of the process.

Costs for any travel and external course location are held separately by individual agreement.

​Wholeness Roadmap – DETAILED, CONCRETE and REALISTIC PLAN for a 1-year period.

Price EUR 800, (4 hours duration).

Wholeness Roadmap – MANIFESTATION and ENERGY WORK in nature with a focus on your personal Wholeness Roadmap.

Price EUR 800 (duration of 4 hours).

WHOLENESS ROADMAP – CREATE COHESION, COMMON GOALS, DIRECTION AND BETTER WELL-BEING IN YOUR MANAGEMENT GROUP

The Wholeness Roadmap process is a holistic "change tool", which in a playful, joyful and natural way helps to release hitherto hidden resources and potentials in the group. The workshop provides the opportunity to do away with habitual mental thinking, inappropriate patterns and limitations. 

​

The process activates all the body's inherent intelligences, i.e. both the mental, psychological, bodily and spiritual, and thus increased access to the individual's intuition and creativity is created. When the group's newfound resources are brought together in a WHOLE, the fertile ground for a new and passionate way of collaborating will be present for the good of the community - and thus make a common breakthrough possible.

Practical information:

The workshop can be held as 3 separate courses, or as a combined course over 2 consecutive course days.

​

The price depends on the size of the group and is agreed individually.

  • Wholeness Roadmap – DETAILED, CONCRETE and REALISTIC PLAN for a 1-year period (1/2 course day) 

  • Wholeness Roadmap – MANIFESTATION and ENERGY WORK in nature with a focus on the group's common Wholeness Roadmap (1/2 course day)


Before the work process in the group begins, each individual participant has been sent a series of existential questions, meditations, etc., as preparation for the work in the group.
In addition, before the start of the workshop, each individual participant has a personal, confidential life conversation with Jacob, which focuses on the individual's experience of their own role, responsibility and possibly challenges in the group.
